My name is Jason Dave, and I have been a licensed tile contractor for over 30 years, as well as being a certified tile consultant. My company specializes in ultra custom tile installations, where accuracy, beauty, and durability combine to give my clients functional, unparalleled works of art that will stand the test of time.

During the last 15 years however, I saw a growing demand for a tile professional to assist those who require an educated, non biased opinion on their potentially faulty tile installations. Unscrupulous contractors will use many tactics to absolve themselves of responsibility, drowning their customers with excuses, and attempting to lessen if not eliminate culpability.

Over the last decade, there has been a dramatic increase in substandard tile work performed by unskilled contractors, both licensed and unlicensed. So in 2014 I decided to become a forensic tile expert. I have attended seminars from many tile supply companies, and I keep informed of the latest tile installation methods and trends.
